Project Director Forms

Professional Learning Plan (PLP)

The PLP is an individualized plan, developed jointly by the Beginning Administrator (BA) and his/her Administrator Mentor. It is related to the standards and based on the BA’s professional development needs. The BA must submit the PLP to the School District’s Project Director, who will then send a copy to the Office of Teacher Quality (OTQ). Once the PLP is reviewed and approved by OTQ, the grant funds (see Induction Guidelines) for professional development resources and materials will be available (see Allowable Expenditures Guidelines).

The PLP is a working document that can be saved to a cd, floppy disk or computer hard drive for revisions that may need to be made throughout the school year. Below is the operating document that must be used for the PLP:
