The following are issued to clarify and update Commissioner's Memo COM-09-177, issued May 15, 2009, regarding cash incentive awards to qualifying schools for achieving Annual Improvement Category Levels (Gains) and School Annual Performance Category Levels (Status).

The Spring 2010 administration of the Voluntary Universal ACT Assessment will be administered on May 12, 2010 with NO MAKE-UP DATE. The Special Accommodations window is from April 28, 2010 to May 12, 2010. For more information please refer to Commissioner’s Memo Com-10-017. Additional information regarding this administration, such as important dates and forms, will follow as it becomes available.
